DoseLab summary

Randomized two-by-two factorial phase 3 trial of standard- versus high-dose chemoradiation (with or without cetuximab) for stage III non-small cell lung cancer. The high-dose arm did not improve survival.

Why this is useful

Essential context for conventionally fractionated lung planning: a randomized dose-escalation trial in which the higher dose did not improve outcomes. Its secondary analyses drew attention to cardiac dose.
